Now you might be wondering what interval timers are. You've probably seen countdown timers for webinars where they happen to be starting just as you arrive on the landing page. Well, an interval timer is like that.
It is not an evergreen timer where it starts the countdown when someone visits the page.
Let's say you have an automated webinar that runs every 5 minutes. Then you would select the 5 minute interval.
The timer would count down like this:
5 mins: 1pm, 1:05pm, 1:10pm, 1:15pm, 1:20pm, 1:25pm, 1:30pm etc
10 mins: 1pm, 1:10pm, 1:20pm, 1:30pm, 1:40pm, 1:50pm. 2pm
15 mins: 1pm, 1:15pm, 1;30pm, 1:45pm, 2pm etc
For 30 minute interval:
30 mins: 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm
For hour interval:
1 hour: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm etc
You could use our Evergreen Countdown Timer for this process as well but the interval timers create the exact time based off the value you set and you don't have to rely on cookies and users visiting the page and the times getting mixed up.
This timer will work perfectly on pages where you're registering visitors for a webinar using integrations like our upcoming Everwebinar integration.
