Site Critique: How This Marketing Agency Creates Trust (Hint: You Should Copy This)

We are back again with another site critique and this was much harder than the previous. The site we look at today is a marketing agency, however, they already have a great looking site.

Now you might be thinking  – why critique a site that already looks good?

Well firstly, Steve was active in our Facebook Group, on blog comments and he happily put himself forward for our first site critique. And secondly, he knows it’s always good to have another set of eyes going over your site.

When you look at it every day you can easily miss obvious conversion or copywriting mistakes that if fixed or tested could get you more clients.

The site today is:

Steve and I had a brief discussion on our landing pages post so I wanted to make sure I reviewed his site. It was already on my radar and we wanted the chance to show it to everyone. He site clearly shows how you can build trust with your audience.

Some points to take away from Steve’s page so you can build trust on your own pages:

  • Build Trust by including images of yourself.
  • Add your phone number.

Action Steps

So, what should the owner of this site do next to improve conversion?

  1. Split test form fields.
  2. Split test Call To Action button text.
  3. Split test headlines.
  4. Add more spacing around featured in section.
  5. Add more spacing around testimonials.
  6. Try darker images or background overlay making font easier to read.
